In addition to its Historical geopolitical importance as an easily defended centre, Istanbul is one of the world’s most beautiful cities with its ideal weather, ricbh vegatation, bonteous seas and unsurpassed coastline linking the Bosphorus, Princes’ Islands, Black Sea an the Sea of Marmara. The Bosphorus only outlet from the Black Sea, is like a sea-river, with hills and woods rising from the shore as it bends and meanders on its way between two seas.

Historic Istanbul is inseparable from the Bosphorus and the Golden Horn, by the shores of which it was first founded. There are not many places in the world where wonders of nature and masterpieces of man mix so gracefully, and where the testimony of the past is seen as vividly as in Istnabul. Visitors who tour this magnificent city bring home unforgetable memories.

How is Istanbul Weather? 

So, we came to main subjet of this article. You’re think come this city and you want to know how is weather of this city. Actuaally it is about its climate. We’ll try to explain its climate for you. Istanbul climate: You can see two kind of climete in Istanbul.  One of them is Mediterranean climate and the other one is Black Sea climate. Climate of city is like a bridge between Mediterrean climate and Black Sea climate. This why weather of this is mild. Because inside of this city, two weather wave mix each other. Mediterrean climate comes from the Europen Side and Black Sea climate come from the Anatolian Side of the city.

Istanbul has hot and damp summer season and has cold, rain and snowly winter season.  Because of dump, when weather is hot you can feel hotter than normal and when it is cold you can feel colder than normal.  Average temperature is 2 0C – 09 Cin winter months and usally you can see rain that mixed with snow.Durind the winter season you can see snow for one or two weeks. Average temperature is 18 0C – 28 0C in summer season. Hardly ever you can flood in this city.

The hottest months are july and August in Istanbul. In this months, average temperature is 23 0C. The coldest months are January and February in this city. In this months, average temperature is 5 0C. In this city, average temperature is 13,7 0C during a year.

Total rain is 843, 9 mm during a whole year. %38 of rain is in winter season, %18 in spring season, %13 in summer season and %31 in fall season. In the past the city had drought in some summer season but nowaday, benefits of some kind of project this problem is solved and name of this project is Melen. And average wind speed is 17 km in the city.

Because so many people comes from foreign country and native people are travel too.

The natural harbour of the Golden Horn, a narrow inlet dividing the European side into two, played an important role in the development of the city of Istanbul. Opposite the old city is the Galata district. The Golden Horn is approximately 8 km. long and is entrance from the Bosphorus is guite wide.

In winter seasion this city can be amazing, If you’re right position. In a little bite time you can see the snow inside of city. That time, everywhere be white. And sometimes Traffic don’t going on in the city, because road of city can be stuck.

This oldest and largest covered market place in the world is in the centre of the city. Resembling a giant labyrinth, it consists of approximetely sixty lanes and more than three thousand shops. This unique and interesting market place is a must see for visitors. This place built an area for the shops selling items needed by the textile industry. This İç Bedesten, the nucleus of today’s Covered Bazaar, is a rectangular area, surrounded inside and out by shops.

And this season is my meancholick periot of my life. This beautiful city certainly amazing in every season but in Fall… I don’t know what should I say because view of Istanbul in this season can bring your mind to different universe. And some places are beautiful as mch as it how much can be beautiful. The trees leave their foliage and these foliage cover on the roads like a blanket. The Fall months are September, Octaber, November in Turkey.

The entrance to Istanbul’s largest and most interesting covered cistern is through a small building to the west of Hagia Sophia Square. The cross-vaulted ceiling of this forest of columns is made of brick. A street runs above a section of the cistern. Because a basilica once stood above the cistern, it is known as the Basilica Cistern.
