Recep Tayyip Erdoğan was born on February 26, 1954 in Istanbul , Turkey. He is currently the 12th President of Turkey. Abdullah Gül, who was himself the former President. Tayyip Erdogan is Turkey’s first elected president by popular vote. Before becoming prime minister, “Refah Party” fulfilled Istanbul mayor mayor role. Later on, he left the party and formed the “Justice and Development Party (AKP)” which deeply influenced Turkey’s political history.
Erdoğan started his political life in the youth department of “National Salvation Party”. He graduated from Aksaray School of Secondary and Commercial Sciences in 1981. During his youth, Erdogan realized a great part of his political life in the “Refah Party”. He became a deputy in 1986. He became mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality in 1994. He was imprisoned for his crime of hatred and hatred for his speech in Siirt in 1997. The penalty lasted approximately 10 months. He was released from prison in 1999.
He continued his political life in the “Justice and Development Party” established on 14 August 2001. He first became party leader here, and later he was elected prime minister. Before becoming prime minister, he could not attend the elections due to his political ban. Later, he became a member of Siirt. After he became a member of parliament, his companion Abdullah Gul withdrew from prime minister. Erdogan later became prime minister. Later on, the “AKP” party began to accumulate quite a lot of votes in all elections. He has accomplished quite a number of successes in his political life. The last of these successes is the first president elected by popular vote. Today, Turkey is the most important and most effective name of politics.
